Overview
Uche is an experienced and competent advocate who approaches her work with enthusiasm and the desire to meet and exceed her clients’ expectations. She has strong analytical skills which facilitates effective communication and strategic solutions to complex legal problems.
She was admitted as a solicitor in 2007 and commenced practice at the NSW Bar in 2015. Her areas of practice include Administrative Law, Employment/Industrial Relations, Discrimination, Contractual Disputes, Family Law and Mental Health Law.
Prior to commencing practice at the Bar, Uche was a corporate counsel and has worked as Head of Legal, Senior Corporate Counsel, Chief Contracts Negotiator, Legal and Compliance Manager for multiple international companies.
She holds an LL.B (University of London) MBA (Ecole Superieure de Gestion, Paris) Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (College of Law, Sydney) and LL.M, Distinction (University of Sydney). She is an alumnus of the Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation.
Uche conducts her bar practice from State Chambers and is a member of the NSW Bar’s Diversity and Equality Committee.
